JESSICA ISENHOUR
PRESIDENT
Nicknamed "AV Barbie", Jessica Isenhour is a creative producer and show caller. As co-owner of the Growth and Development Network, she's passionate about entrepreneurial initiatives, including mentorship gatherings, resume review sessions, and one-on-one meetings that help empower young technicians, especially fellow female innovators, to become better business owners and entrepreneurial leaders. She co-owns CJMedia, alongside her husband, Caleb Isenhour. When they aren't working live events as a dynamic duo, as a singer-songwriter and award winning lyricist, Jessica often finds herself in the studio, working on new original pop music, or enjoying the diverse array of local food and entertainment that Orlando has to offer.
Caleb ISENHOUR
Vice President
Caleb Isenhour, coffee aficionado, is a content and breakout producer. In line with his degree in Business Management, he is passionate about growing small businesses, studying and mentoring in business strategy, and expanding the limits of what his fellow business owners consider “success”. Also a proficient technician, Caleb has experience and training in graphics, playback, and Millumin operation, as well as general skills and knowledge in audio and video. He co-owns CJMedia alongside his wife, Jessica Isenhour. When not working live events or exploring Orlando, Caleb can often be found at his gaming battle station, playing Destiny 2 or Starfield, at a billiards hall playing pool, or at a local coffee shop.
